Welcome to the Wilds, Hunter.

Perfect Warrior is a tactical, lore-rich incremental RPG where survival depends on what you harvest from your enemies. Journey across sprawling wilderness regions, battle prehistoric and supernatural beasts, and graft their very bodies onto your own to grow stronger.

This is a playable public prototype built for testing systems, balancing progression, and exploring the regions of the world. The goal is to keep adding more regions, features, and have a sprawling open world adventure. The game autosaves and has 3 save slots available, with saves stored locally on your device.

Core Features

Anatomical Grafting: Slay monsters and harvest their parts (skulls, claws, hide, wings) to equip directly to your character slots.

First-Person Exploration & Hidden Lairs: Navigate paths directionally (Left, Forward, Right) through animated environments. Discover secret path codes to breach hidden dungeons and survive 6-stage gauntlets against Void-Touched wildlife for exclusive Abyssal gear.

The Blood Arena: Test your builds in grueling endurance gauntlets against massively buffed "Perfect" enemy variants. Maximize your Arena Rank to awaken permanent Gemstone stat buffs.

Synergistic Set Bonuses: Collect matching pieces from specific monster families (like the Swarm of Rats or Apex Brutes) to unlock powerful passive stat multipliers.

Environmental Afflictions & Weather: Weather dangerous status effects like Poison, Curses, and Frostbite, and survive dynamic combat weather like caustic acid rain and blinding blizzards. Equip specific monster parts to gain natural resistance percentages, or rely on marketplace consumables to cleanse yourself.

The Refinement Forge: Take duplicate low-tier parts to the Laboratory and merge them to increase their star quality, pushing them all the way up to 6-Star Ascendant rarity.

Living Towns & Infrastructure: Store your gold safely in the Grand Bank to avoid death penalties, take on Hunter's Guild bounties for tokens, and trade on the Black Market. Visit local taverns to overhear folklore hints and take on unique fetch-quests.

Current Prototype Scope

Playable Regions: Explore 14 distinct zones ranging from the Prima Forest to the Volcanic Caldera.

Progression Loop: Multiple boss encounters designed to test your builds, unlock new towns, and unfold the overarching narrative in The Chronicles lore book.

On the Horizon

The wilds are still expanding. Future updates will introduce Bio-Engineered Companions, allowing you to clone loyal 1-Star monsters from complete 6-Star Ascendant sets and raise their stats by feeding them monster parts. We will also be opening the Caldera Forge, giving you the ability to ascend your 6-Star gear up to +5 and forge God-Tier relics.

BUG: any blessing boosts every stat.

Woops! We'll take a look at that! thank you!

Love the game, it's really fun to play, even though there are also several bugs, but it's still a fun journey anyways, but I'm a bit curious, why not just put the adventure log on the side?

as you can see, there are a lot of space left on both side.

Just to keep the game mobile friendly, I could try making it switch depending on screen size so if you play on PC it's to one side, mobile it's on the bottom.. I'll look into it!

Bug report: When accepting the "OPERATION: F.L.A.R.E." quest the button just send me back to Summon(the event that triggers the quest), so I'm stuck here and can't do anything

even though I have five rat skull in the bag, the tracker still says I don't have the item he needed, thus I can't complete that quest.

Good catch! I'll try to fix that asap!

That turned out to be a problem with how the original quest engine was written over a year ago. But I fixed it! New quest engine, now with a failsafe abandon quest function. The Flare quest should work as intended now, I've done a few tests and it seems fine now but just incase it gets stuck again you can abandon them and reclaim the quest from the original npc. Additionally, I updated the UI so if you are playing on PC in any aspect ratio it should dynamically move the adventure log to the left, and on the right you'll find your current stats (just to balance the screen)
Let me know what you think!

Unfortunately the bug is still there, and actually, I didn't get the quest in the first place, it just goes back to summon and repeat the whole scenario, I record it just to show how it looks like.

ah, never mind, I refresh the page multiple times because I looked the quest log and notice the quest does not have an abandon option, looks like the patch doesn't applied to it in the first place, it's fixed now.

One more thing!
The reason the rat skulls couldn't be turned it seemed to be because I never defined the star level, so the game would only accept 1 star skulls. To make it future proof, I changed from rat skulls to Rat hearts (since they don't have quality) and made the hearts drop more often as a bonus when defeating rats.

We are aware of a small scaling issue with the save system. When exporting saves, the clipboard can only support so many characters. We're working on a compression system or physical local save file. Depending on what Itch allows

Is there a way to ungraft parts?

Not presently, that's actually a constant conversation point with the team. The main hangup is the idea that when you graft an arm to your body, you're removing the old arm, so we thought un-grafting would completely remove the limb from a narrative perspective. For immersion, we haven't added the option.

That being said though, if it's a feature you'd like, we'd be more than happy to add it.

You definitely got the conversation started again, for the time being, we're going to add the ability to remove the graft. As well we're going to make it so that you can upgrade the graft while it's still connected to your body. We noted that short-sight as well.

We'll likely have that update pushed out in the next few hours.

Thanks for your feedback!

Being able to upgrade the grafted part looks like the best solution.
Thank you for listening.
P.S.
It would be nice to be able to sort parts by creature.

We applied a minor update that adds a search bar to the lab and the ability to go to your character page and either unequip or upgrade the graft from there. We're working out the kinks a bit but for the moment I hope that helps!
